With five years of experience in residential property management and real estate compliance, Meagan founded Hive Home Watch to provide Southwest Florida’s seasonal homeowners with a premier, detail-oriented home watch service. Her background has given her an expert understanding of property upkeep, regulatory requirements, and the unique needs of seasonal residence.
A proud resident of Babcock Ranch, Meagan lives with her husband, two children, and their grumpy dog. She is deeply connected to her community, not only as a homeowner but also as a dedicated volunteer. As a runner and a Girls on the Run coach, she finds joy in inspiring others and staying active, values that also drive her commitment to excellence in her business.
With a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility, Meagan is passionate about providing peace of mind to homeowners while they’re away. A Florida resident for over 11 years, Kaddie has weathered many hurricane seasons and understands the real risks seasonal homeowners face. That lived experience fuels her commitment to building a company that is not only respected and reliable but also truly valuable to the community it serves.
Kaddie lives in Southwest Florida with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
